Let sleeping more effective

Feel difficult to sleep at 9 or 10 pm because of overtime have to finish a presentation for next week? If we impose ourselves until it dissolves malamatau early days, not effective. We suggest that up to the house, we are immediately bathe, eat and sleep, because the work can proceed on the next day. Hours sleep should be used for sleeping. When will bed, empty the mind and emphatic against itself that we need a break. Without a fit condition, we may not complete the job.
Some time before sleep, the plan that we will do in the next day. Thus, the alarm in the brain and have the four or five hours early, we can wake up easily. Then take the white water, waste water and a facial. By doing so, we will feel fresh.
Thinking in the morning after sleeping enough will be more effective than at night. If we force the overtime until midnight, sometimes we would not get anything other than a physical tired.
